Terms and Conditions of online sales

1. General Provisions

a) The Regulations define the terms and conditions of clothing sale in the store, belonging to the company Twój Świat, Guzówka 32, 21-450 Stoczek Łukowski, POLAND, NIP 825-188-34-49, regon 060275351.

b ) The sale takes place via the Internet between the client  and the seller.

c ) The buyer may be any person , legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality , having an email account and has full legal capacity .

d) Any person placing an order in the online store is required to read the rules . Ignorance of the Regulations does not relieve the customer of the principles contained therein .

e) When making purchases in online store customer confirms the fact familiarize yourself with these regulations and acknowledges that it accepts it in the current form.

2. Customer Data

a) Administration of personal data in the registration form is necessary for the transaction of purchase. The seller is not liable for the consequences resulting from incorrect application data .

b ) The Seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract , in the event that the data provided by you during the registration process will be incomplete (no name, address , phone number or email address ) , or if the information given by the Client is incorrect or untrue.

3. Scope of activities

a) online store is selling ready vertical gardens and all accesorries for vertical gardens, etc..

b ) The seller presents the products offered photos with descriptions. We try to present images that have the highest quality and accurate way to reflect the actual condition and color products. Any slight differences in color between the presentation of the website and the appearance of the original, which can occur due to technical reasons (such as individual monitor settings ) and the seller does not bear any responsibility for them .

4. Shopping

a) You make the order in store in order form on our website.

b ) The addition of the "basket " and confirm pressing means an order ( requests) .

c ) Payment for items can be made using Paypal. Payment must be made within 3 working days from the date of confirmation of the order . Payment is a necessary condition for the sale agreement .

d ) After purchasing the store automatically send you an email confirmation.


a) All prices in are given in Polish zloty ( PLN ) , U.S. dollars (USD ) or Euros (EUR ) and are gross .

b ) Delivery costs depends from the destination as well as the weight and size of package, More about delivery on "Shipping and delivery" page.

c ) All orders are shipped from Poland. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

c ) Before we can ship your order, needs 5-20 working days to prepare your products. Time needed for preparation of different products is on their product site.

6. Defects , returns

a) Requirements for returning or exchanging items

- Items must be received within 60 days from the shipping date;
- Items must be received unused, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way;

b) How to return an item

- Give notice by mail to what items you would like to send back and the reasons for your return.
- Return address will be provided by team and send to you via email with the Return Form. The return address is located in Poland.
- Fill in the Return Form which you can print from HERE, or get from your email. You will need to fill in:
    (1). Order number
    (2). Product Name or Model number of the items you would like to return
    (3). Reasons for your return.
- Put the return form inside the return package.

c) Return shipping fee

In general, you are responsible for the return shipping fee, unless there was an error on part, we will take care of the return shipping fee, or provide you with an alternative solution.

d) Exchanges (General Information)

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or color, or in the case of a faulty item, exchange for a non-faulty version of the product, simply send us e-mail with your request. Exchanging items must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Please note that we do not offer exchanges for sale items. Exchanges will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service. Our Customer Service will then review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Please indicate your purchase order number and the product which you would like to exchange. Then simply post the product back to us and, once it is received and has undergone a quality control check, we will send you the new product. Please note that where you exchange for an item of different value, you will be credited the full amount and re-debited the new amount.

e) Refunds (General Information)

-Returned items are subject to verification of error by our team. We will do this once we've received the item you've returned.
